Know you're doing it right.

How it works

  1. 1

    Prop up your phone.

Floor, shelf, a stack of books. The app tells you when it can see all of you.

  2. 2

    Move.

Pick today's session or one exercise. Your phone tracks your joints and counts every rep.

  3. 3

    Fix one thing.

One cue at a time, like “Knee over ankle”. Watch your form score climb.

Fair questions.

How does Hoppa see my form?
Your phone camera tracks 33 points on your body while you move and checks the angles of your joints against how the move should look. When something's off, you get one cue to fix it.
Which exercises does it check?
67 of them, including squats, lunges, push-ups, hip hinges and planks. Each one has cues for the mistakes people actually make.
Is the feedback really live?
Yes. The tracking runs on your phone, so the cue comes while you're still in the rep, not after the set.
Do I need any gear?
Just your phone. Prop it up so it can see all of you: against a wall, on a shelf, on a stack of books. No wearables.
Does it replace a personal trainer?
It's there every time you train, including the days you train alone. Plenty of people use it between sessions with their trainer, or on its own.
